Kelton Project Management offers specialty services for buidlings or properties in operation, as well as, new projects.

Tenant Coordination
Kelton Project Management can offer a complete tenant coordination program to assist tenant contractors, architects and consultants in all phases of tenant improvement. We will track and maintain construction documentation and track T.I.. Services will include Tenant Coordination meetings with on-site staff, progress reports, creation of MEP criteria, MEP plan review, coordinate design review process, close out procedures and permit processing assistance. Periodic site supervision will be provided as required to verify tenant contractor is in compliance with lease schedules, approved drawings, rules and requirements of the Center.

Capital Improvement
Kelton Project Management can survey your property and create capital improvement management and implementation program to include but not be limited to, annual inspection and compiling of annual asset status report, five-year capital projection, preliminary estimates for improvements, value engineering, bid specs creation and bid process management.

Construction Management
Kelton Project Management can offer a complete construction management program for both base building activities and tenant construction activities. The program will include, but not be limited to financial reporting, budget development and management, general contractor and architect selection and management, permit processing, contract compliance, quality control and close out document tracking and procedures.
