Kelton Project Management is contracted to represent the owner for all entitlement, design and construction related activities. Tasks include all pre-development activities including design standards and project layout, all pre-construction activities including contractor negotiations, budgeting and value engineering, Bid Procurement, Project Management, Change Order Evaluation & Tracking, Monthly Draw Request Review and Lender Preparation, Payment Tracking, Governmental Interface, Quality Control.

Additional Services
Additional services include contracting, administration and compliance for petroleum remediation project. Tenant coordination for all tenants.

Project Description
The project is 180,000 square foot retail center, with a major 54,000 square foot grocery store, restaurants and retail tenants. The project is located off the 17th street Causeway in Ft. Lauderdale. Construction will be completed in the first quarter of 2005.
