Kelton Project Management has established a management system that tracks a project giving you up to date information such as current and projected budgets, tenant tracking for retail projects, unit turnover tracking for multi-unit residential projects, tracking reimbursable cost, change order tracking, status reports and many other tasks that are involved with developing and building a project from the owners perspective.

| He has been directly responsible for the successful completion of more than $500,000,000 in commercial, residential, and corporate projects and has worked with many of the nation's top developers, as well as regional and local property owners. He has been involved with many notable projects such as Bayside Marketplace, CocoWalk, Miracle Center, The Falls, Kendall's Town & Country Center and Las Olas Riverfront. Mr. Kelton is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a bachelor's degree in building construction, and is a state certified general contractor since 1985.
