Principal - Steven M. Kelton
Established in 1999, Kelton Project Management, Inc. provides developers, owners, hospitality restaurant groups, homeowner and condominium associations with professional process management services and representation. To date, Principal Steven M. Kelton who has over 34 years’ experience, has supervised process management of over 4 million SF of property and has been directly responsible for the successful completion of nearly 1 billion dollars in commercial, restaurant/retail, residential, and corporate projects. He has worked with many of the nation’s top developers, as well as regional and local property owners on a number of projects throughout South Florida. Some of the notable projects are Bayside Marketplace, CocoWalk, The Falls, Las Olas Riverfront, award winning projects La Cascade Condominium and Harbor Shops. Prior to forming Kelton Project Management, Mr. Kelton operated Kelton Construction Company, where the company specialized in renovating and repositioning regional malls and shopping centers. They were also well known for rapid turnaround of retail stores and restaurants for a number of national brands. Mr. Kelton is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in building construction, and is a state certified general contractor (inactive) since 1985. He has provided expert witness professional services for construction mediation cases. Mr. Kelton has also been involved in a number of volunteer organizations serving on the Parkland Little League Board for 10 years and was a Advisory Board Member of the North Broward YMCA and was recognized twice as the Volunteer of the Year.
